Let's dive in and celebrate!
🥘 Ingredients
- Granulated sugar - to add a bit of sweetness.
- Limoncello - For the best flavor, opt for authentic Italian limoncello. Try brands like Villa Massa or Pallini.
- Prosecco - Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine from the village of Prosecco, bearing the "controlled indication of origin" (D.O.C.) certification. This designation ensures that only white sparkling wines from specific regions in Italy can be named Prosecco, preserving the wine's quality and heritage.
- You can add a sugar rim to the champagne glasses if desired. However, I chose not to do this because the drink's slight sweetness was sufficient for my taste.
See the recipe card for quantities.
