🤔 What is a “Built” Cocktail?

A “built” cocktail is a drink made directly in the serving glass, rather than being mixed in a separate container. Ingredients are poured over ice, allowing them to blend naturally right in the glass.

This approach is quick and easy, making it perfect for simple drinks like gin and tonics, where preserving the carbonation and letting the flavors layer themselves is key.
