Ready for another spooky sip to add to your Halloween party lineup? Let me introduce you to this Halloween rum cocktail with Ginger Beer that’s as hauntingly beautiful as it is tasty.

Think of it as a twist on the classic Goslings’ Dark and Stormy—just without the lime. This cocktail is all about that bold Kraken Black Spiced Rum and refreshing ginger beer combo, with those irresistible notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove.

Finish it off by pouring in the rum last for that spooky, layered effect—it’s bound to get some pulses racing… if those ghouls and goblins even have pulses!  It’s a built cocktail, just like your go-to Kraken Cola or Moscow Mule, so no need for a shaker. Just grab your glass and get ready for a chillingly good time.

Cheers to a wicked Halloween! 👻

🔪 Instructions

Fill your serving glass with cubed ice, making sure it’s packed all the way to the top.

Step 2

Step 3

Measure out your spiced rum and pour it gently over the top to get that perfect layered effect.

💭 Top tips

This time, I used a pipette dropper to add the spiced rum on top. It’s not necessary, but it helps you nail that perfect layered look. For a Goslings’ Dark and Stormy, I just pour the dark rum straight on top, which also works like a charm!
