The Monin lavender syrup brings a gentle floral sweetness that beautifully complements the spicy notes of ginger beer and the tartness of lime.
Enjoy this Lavender Moscow Mule and let its soothing aroma and vibrant appearance transport you to a tranquil garden setting, right in the comfort of your own home.
🥘 Ingredients
- Vodka - For this occasion, I opted for unflavored vodka instead of my usual favorite, vanilla vodka. It's good to change things up from time to time.
- Monin lavender syrup
- Fresh lime juice - I recommend to always opt for freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Ginger beer - I chose my favorite, Fever Tree Ginger Beer.
- Cubed Ice
- Lime wedge for garnish
See the recipe card for quantities.

🤔 What is a "Built" Cocktail?
A "built" cocktail is a drink made directly in the serving glass, rather than being mixed in a separate container. Ingredients are poured over ice, allowing them to blend naturally right in the glass.
This approach is quick and easy, making it perfect for simple drinks like gin and tonics, where preserving the carbonation and letting the flavors layer themselves is key.
