Chambord Gin Tonic
There is something magical about sipping a Blackberry Raspberry Gin Tonic on a warm summer evening, as if someone bottled the sparkle of sunshine, a hint of mischief, and just a whisper of berry sweet enchantment.

This beautiful light red cocktail is a refreshing twist on the classic G and T, brightened with homemade Chambord (yes, your lovingly brewed blackberry raspberry liqueur) and rounded out with the gentle floral notes of Hendrick's Flora Adora. It has that perfect balance of bubbly, fruity, and crisp, the kind of drink that makes you sigh in happiness and think, "Ah… summer."
But what if your next favorite gin and tonic came with a tiny swirl of whimsy, like something a wandering hobbit might sip in an orchard tavern at twilight?

When it comes to gin and tonics, you already know that I am joyfully obsessed, and this berry-kissed version is a must-make addition to my G and T collection. If you love this refreshing mix, do not miss my classic lemon gin and tonic and my ultra cool cucumber gin and tonic. And if you want to dive deep into the world of perfectly balanced highball magic, take a look at my complete gin and tonic tutorial. It is one of my favorite guides to share.
And of course, you will want a summery treat to pair with your berry bright cocktail. This G and T is dreamy with my no-bake lemon cheesecake. It is also lovely with my lavender lemon muffins or the no-bake limoncello cheesecake if you want something extra refreshing and celebratory.
I am so happy to share this with you. It feels like we are enjoying a drink together on a sunny terrace, clinking glasses, giggling over berry pink bubbles, and soaking up the simple joy of a really good cocktail.
So let us dive in, friend. There is a stunning Blackberry Raspberry Gin Tonic, also known as a Chambord Gin Tonic, waiting to be stirred up, sipped slowly, and loved all summer long.

💧 A Quick Note About Tonic Water
Tonic water truly makes or breaks a gin and tonic, and for this berry bright version, I always reach for Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water, also known to many as the yellow Fever Tree tonic. It has a clean and crisp flavor that lets the floral gin and the blackberry raspberry liqueur shine without becoming heavy or sweet.
The bubbles are lively and delicate, which keeps your drink fresh and fizzy, even on warm summer evenings. No matter if you are in Austria or the US, this is the tonic that delivers beautifully balanced results every time.
