Equipment
- Blender
- Fine Sieve optional
- Champagne flute
- Measuring cups or scale
- Spoon
Instructions
- Add ¼ cup Peach purée (homemade or store-bought) to a chilled champagne flute.¼ cup Peach purée
- Slowly pour ½ cup Prosecco over the purée, stirring gently to combine.½ cup Prosecco
- Garnish with a Peach slice if you fancy, and serve immediately.Peach slice

Batch Version
Combine peach purée and Prosecco in a pitcher just before serving. Stir once gently, pour into flutes, and garnish.For a frozen Bellini
