A refreshing and elegant summer cocktail made with silky peach purée and bubbly Prosecco. Light, fruity, and perfect for brunch, celebrations, or warm evenings.
Add ¼ cup Peach purée (homemade or store-bought) to a chilled champagne flute.

Slowly pour ½ cup Prosecco over the purée, stirring gently to combine.
½ cup Prosecco
Garnish with a Peach slice if you fancy, and serve immediately.

Batch Version
Combine peach purée and Prosecco in a pitcher just before serving. Stir once gently, pour into flutes, and garnish.
For a frozen Bellini
Freeze peach purée in ice cube trays and blend with a splash of Prosecco for a slushy version.
Hosting Tip
Keep an extra bowl of peach purée on the side so guests can make their drinks “more peachy” if they want. And if you're outdoors, place the pitcher in an ice bucket so the Bellini stays beautifully chilled.
