Chambord and Champagne Cocktail
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ oz Chambord or blackberry raspberry liqueur
- 4 oz Sparkling wine Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava
- Black raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Pour ½ oz Chambord into a champagne flute.½ oz Chambord
- Gently top with 4 oz Sparkling wine, letting the bubbles mix the liqueur naturally.4 oz Sparkling wine
- Drop in a few Black raspberries for garnish.Black raspberries
- Serve immediately and enjoy the elegant berry-infused fizz!
Notes
Batch Version
For 6 servings, combine ¾ cup (180 ml) Chambord or blackberry raspberry liqueur with 3 cups (720 ml) sparkling wine in a carafe. Stir gently and pour into flutes, garnishing with berries.💭 Top tips
- Chill everything: Cold sparkling wine and glasses keep the drink crisp and lively.
- Pour slowly: It preserves the bubbles and creates that gorgeous layered look.
- Rim the glasses: For a touch of glam, dip the rim in sugar before pouring.
- Use good-quality sparkling wine: You don't need Champagne - a nice Prosecco or Cava works wonderfully!
- Serve fresh: Don't premix - sparkling drinks lose their fizz quickly.
