Ingredients - Aperol MImosa - Orange juice, Aperol, Prosecco.
  • Aperol
  • Fresh orange juice – or swap for blood orange juice for a deeper citrus flavor
  • Chilled Prosecco or Champagne

Step 1

Pour Aperol and fresh orange juice into a chilled champagne flute. This vibrant duo is the heart of your Aperol Mimosa!

Add Aperol to the champagne glass.
Add orange juice to the Aperol.
Top the Aperol and orange juice with Prosecco.

Step 2
