🥘 Ingredients
- Sloe
Gin : This British redgin made from blackthorn fruit adds a sweet, fruity aroma with a hint of bitterness, providing a unique twist to your cocktail. - Raspberry Syrup: For a fresh taste, opt for homemade raspberry syrup. I offer two versions: one cooked on the stove and one that requires no cooking at all. For convenience, store-bought syrup is also an option.
- Tonic: Choose a high-quality tonic to balance the flavors and enhance the overall drink experience.
- Cubed Ice: Use plenty of cubed ice to keep your cocktail refreshingly cold.

🤔 What is a "Built" Cocktail
A "built" cocktail is a type of mixed drink that is made directly in the glass in which it will be served, rather than being shaken or stirred in a separate container first.
Ingredients are typically poured one by one over ice, allowing them to mix naturally within the glass.
This method is simple and convenient, making it popular for straightforward cocktails like gin and tonics, where maintaining the carbonation and distinct layers of flavors is important.
