Ingredients (for six servings)
- 1½ cups (375 ml) white vermouth
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) freshly squeezed, sieved lemon juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling wine or prosecco
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or carafe, combine the white vermouth and lemon juice.
- Stir gently to blend the flavors.
- When ready to serve, pour about 60 ml (2 oz) of the base into each glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon wedge.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the sparkle!

Batch Version for 6
For a party-sized batch serving 6, combine 1½ cups (375 ml) white vermouth and 3 tablespoons (45 ml) freshly squeezed, sieved lemon juice in a pitcher or carafe. Stir gently and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. When serving, pour about 2 oz (60 ml) of the vermouth mixture into each flute or coupe glass. Top each with sparkling wine or prosecco (about 2½–3 oz / 75–90 ml per glass), and garnish with a lemon wedge.
