Easy and delicious! Vermouth tonic, in a gorgeous cocktail glass, placed on a black heartshaped slate coaster.

You won’t need a shaker, just a tall glass, some ice cubes, a splash of vermouth, and tonic water. Garnish it with a lime wedge, and that’s it—you’re in business. It’s bright, it’s botanical, and oh yes, it’s incredibly refreshing.

🥘 Ingredients

Ingredients - Vermouth tonic - cubed ice, vermouth, and tonic water.
  • Ice cubes – Fill your glass to the top for a crisp, refreshing start.
  • Dry vermouth – I used a dry vermouth for this recipe, and oh, what a delight! Think botanical, lightly bitter, and oh-so-smooth. It’s a fortified wine infused with herbs and spices—like a garden party in a bottle.
  • Tonic water – I’m a big fan of Fever-Tree tonic for this one. It’s perfectly bubbly with just the right balance of bitterness and sweetness—letting the vermouth truly shine.
  • Lime wedge – A gentle squeeze and drop adds a lovely zesty finish.

Optional but fabulous: a cute cocktail pick – We used a sunny yellow one shaped like a flamingo, because whimsical details make the moment extra fun!

See the recipe card for quantities.
