Batch Version for 6
For a party-sized batch serving 6, combine 1½ cups (375 ml) white vermouth and 3 tablespoons (45 ml) freshly squeezed, sieved lemon juice in a pitcher or carafe. Stir gently and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. When serving, pour about 2 oz (60 ml) of the vermouth mixture into each flute or coupe glass. Top each with sparkling wine or prosecco (about 2½–3 oz / 75–90 ml per glass), and garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve immediately while bubbly and fresh!Nutrition
