Homemade Biscoff Latte in Minutes
If a cozy café moment and a spoonful of Biscoff sound like exactly what you need right now, this Biscoff Latte is going to make your day. This recipe is perfect for those moments when the craving hits, but there's no homemade Biscoff coffee creamer waiting in the fridge. With just espresso, milk, and a little Biscoff spread, you can turn your everyday coffee into a creamy, caramel-spiced treat that feels special without any extra effort.
Ever wished you could make a café-style Biscoff latte at home in under five minutes?

This is one of those recipes I reach for when I want something comforting but don't feel like planning ahead. The Biscoff melts right into the warm milk, bringing that unmistakable cookie flavor with its cozy notes of caramel and spice, while the espresso keeps everything balanced and wonderfully coffee-forward. Simple, indulgent, and still very much a proper cup of coffee.
If you want to turn this latte into a full little coffee break, I highly recommend adding something sweet on the side. A slice of my cozy Chestnut Bundt Cake pairs beautifully with the warm spices, while the light and fluffy Whipped cream bundt cake makes the whole moment feel like a café treat at home.
And of course, if you're in the mood to lean into the indulgence, a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs on top are always welcome. This latte is all about joy, ease, and treating yourself kindly, just the way coffee moments should be.
Let's make something delicious together. ☕️✨
👣 Step-by-Step

Step 1
Add 1-2 espresso to the serving glass.

Step 2
Stir 1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread into ¾ cup of whole milk (or a dairy-free alternative) until well combined.

Step 3
Pour the milk-Biscoff-spread-mix into your espresso-filled serving glass.

Step 4
Enjoy 🙂
💭 Barista tips
- Use fresh espresso if possible. A freshly pulled shot gives this latte structure and keeps the sweetness from overpowering the coffee. If your espresso tastes flat on its own, it will taste flat in the latte too.
- Mind your milk temperature. Heat or steam the milk to about 60-65°C / 140-150°F. Hotter than that, and the milk loses sweetness, which makes the drink taste heavier rather than balanced.
- Stir the Biscoff into the milk before pouring. Fully dissolving the Biscoff in the milk ensures even sweetness and a smooth texture in every sip, instead of a sweet layer at the bottom of the mug.
- Choose the right milk for your coffee. Whole milk brings the most body, while oat milk highlights the caramel notes of the Biscoff. If using plant milk, pick a barista-style version for better foam and stability.
- Adjust strength before sweetness. If the latte tastes too sweet, don't reduce the Biscoff first. Try a double espresso or slightly less milk to bring the coffee back into focus.
- Serve immediately. This latte is at its best fresh. As it cools, the sweetness becomes more pronounced, so enjoy it while the milk is still silky and the espresso aromatic.
These small adjustments make a big difference and help turn a cozy treat into a truly well-balanced coffee. ☕️
