See the recipe card for quantities.
🔪 Instructions
First, you'll want to thoroughly wash, clean, and sort your strawberries.
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. You'll also use strawberry syrup — homemade and store-bought are fine. Put all of your ingredients in the blender and mix on high speed.
After everything's mixed together, all that's left to do is pour yourself a glass and enjoy!
🍯 Substitutions
If you don't have strawberry simple syrup at home, this recipe can be substituted with honey or maple syrup!
If you want to make this drink vegan, replace the whole milk with a plant-based alternative.
Replace the vanilla sugar with granulated sugar if you don't have any at home.
🥛 Variations
This recipe is also great with oat milk or skim milk for my friends who are lactose intolerant or have any dairy sensitivity. I recommend oat milk over other dairy alternatives/non-dairy milk because it doesn't have an overpowering taste like coconut milk or even almond milk, which can throw off the taste of the whole recipe.
Also, if you don't enjoy the strawberry chuck texture, you can pour your strawberry mixture over a fine mesh strainer.

🌡 Storage & Top Tips
This recipe will give you the perfect amount of strawberry milk to fill a jar. As you will be using fresh strawberries, it's best to consume the leftovers within a couple of days. If you happen to have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in your fridge.
🙋🏻 FAQ
Yes, it is totally okay to mix strawberries and milk! It's also delicious!
Strawberry milk is made from regular milk and strawberry syrup. You can use homemade or store-bought strawberry syrup. You can also use fresh strawberries—I highly recommend making a day of it and picking the strawberries yourself from a local farm if they're in season—or frozen strawberries.
Strawberry milk has all the same nutrients and health benefits as regular milk. If you want to avoid unnecessary added sugars or flavoring, check out my strawberry syrup recipe!
