  • Strawberry simple syrup, homemade (from fresh strawberries) or store bought
  • Heavy whipping cream – go for a high fat content here, to achieve the perfect texture.
  • Powdered sugar

🔪 Instructions

Pour the cold whipping cream with the powdered sugar and homemade strawberry syrup into a tall mixing bowl. Whip up with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Once you have reached the desired firm consistency, add it by a spoonful to a piping bag and use it for decorating right away.

However, we recommend going the extra mile and making the strawberry simple syrup yourself. The preparation is really simple and goes quickly.
