Cinnamon whipped cream probably makes the crowning finale to our series of posts on flavored whipped cream.

The intense cinnamon flavor, paired with delicious whipped cream, has an amazing creamy texture and is ready in 3-4 minutes.

This flavored whipped cream version with cinnamon makes the perfect topping for coffee drinks or hot chocolate.

And it’s great for holiday desserts as well as the rest of the year – because cinnamon is super healthy! Even when you combine it with whipped cream 😀.

A small dose of cinnamon taken daily is proven to keep blood sugar in check. And if you like to snack, this little natural help can’t hurt!

🥘 Ingredients

Take three simple ingredients to make a delicious cinnamon whipped cream.
  • Confectioners sugar
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Cinnamon – we recommend using Ceylon cinnamon as it hardly contains any Coumarin.

🔪 Instructions

Pour the whipped cream and powdered sugar into a high mixing bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Then add the cinnamon and whip again together with the cream until stiff peaks form.

Once the delicious cinnamon whipped cream is ready, spoon the delicious topping into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and use it to decorate cakes and drinks.

  • cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Whip up ⅜ cup Heavy cream with 1 tsp Powdered sugar in a high mixing bowl until semi-stiff.
    1 tsp Powdered sugar, ⅜ cup Heavy cream
  • Add 2 tsp Cinnamon and whip again with a hand mixer until firm.
    2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Once the delicious cinnamon whipped cream is ready, spoon the delicious topping into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and use it to decorate cakes and drinks.
