Maple Cinnamon Granola

– Rolled oats – Kosher salt – Cinnamon – Almond slivers – Pignolia  – Desiccated coconut – Coconut fat – Maple syrup – Dark chocolate chips – Dried cranberries and raisins

Step 1

Combine the oats, salt, cinnamon, almonds, pine nuts, and coconut.

Step 2

Melt coconut oil, add maple syrup, and pour it over the oats.

Step 3

Combine well!

Step 4

Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and bake.

Step 5

Once cooled, add the chocolate chips and dried fruit.

Step 6

Store your homemade maple cinnamon granola in a well-sealable container.

Step 7

Enjoy with milk, or yogurt.
