Use any ice cream maker you have on hand. I prefer the KitchenAid ice cream maker attachment.
Combine
2.5 cups Sour cream
,
1 cup Yogurt
,
¾ cup Granulated sugar
, and
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
in a mixing bowl and mix well with a whisk attachment.

Ensure your ice cream maker bowl is well-frozen and place it in your KitchenAid.
Pour in the mixture, insert the dasher, and churn for 22-25 minutes.
Enjoy your ice cream immediately, or transfer it to an ice cream container and store in the freezer.
