Homemade Cake Mix
Skip the store-bought cake mixes and make your own at home. This homemade cake mix recipe is easy to follow and will result in moist and delicious cakes every time.

Equipment
- Mason Jar (zip lock bag or plastic bag with vacuum sealer)
- Wooden spoon
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour sieved
- ¾ tbsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Cocoa
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Sift 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour into a mixing bowl.2 ½ cups All-purpose flour

- Next, add the cake mix into a jar or ziplock bag, label it, and store it in a dark, cool place.
Notes
To turn the cake mix into a cake, you'll need four eggs, 1 cup milk or a milk alternative, ½ cup vegetable oil, and two teaspoons of rum, juice, or milk.
