Instructions
Add
2 Eggs
to a bowl, and with a mixer, beat them and add spoon by spoon
1 cup Granulated sugar
till they become fluffy (mix for 3-5 min).

Mix a bit, then add
6.7 oz Cake Flour
and
1 tbsp Baking powder
at medium speed until everything is well combined.

Place the muffin cups on a muffin rack and fill 2/3 with the muffin batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for 20 minutes.
Optionally, you can brush the muffins with
3 tbsp Lavender extract
for a more intense flavor once cooled down.
