Instructions
Heat
½ cup Milk
until lukewarm and melt it with 2 3/4 tablespoons of the

In a separate bowl, mix

Add
1 Egg
and the milk/butter mixture, then knead briefly with a dough hook on low speed until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
Place the risen dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
Spread the remaining butter evenly over the dough.
Mix

2 tsp Cinnamon
, then sprinkle it evenly over the buttered dough.

Roll the dough tightly from the wide side and use kitchen string to cut it into finger-thick slices.
Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes.
Bake the rolls in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Sieve

to create the icing.
