Ingredients Muffin Sponge – Egg – Granulated sugar – Canola or sunflower oil – Liquid red food coloring – Milk – Baking powder – Cake Flour Ingredients Frosting – Granulated sugar – Crème fraîche – Heavy cream

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Step 2

Add the red food coloring and mix until well combined.

Step 3

Fill the batter into the prepared muffin tins.

Step 4

After cooling start piping the yummy cream on top of the red muffin sponges.

Garnish with blueberries.
