- 7 oz Chestnut purée
- 5.3 oz Mascarpone
- 2 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- ⅔ cup Whipped Cream
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tap water
For garnishing
- 5 pieces Waffle blossoms
- Chocolate Sauce
Instructions
- Whip ⅔ cup Whipped Cream until stiff peaks form.⅔ cup Whipped Cream

- Add 5.3 oz Mascarpone and the whipped cream to the chestnut mixture and mix well!5.3 oz Mascarpone
- When the purée is well combined, cover the mixing bowl with a lid and refrigerate in the fridge for at least two hours.
Before serving
