Instructions
Rim the Cocktail Glass
Get two small plates ready.
Squeeze
1/2 Lemon
and strain its juice into the small plate.

Add
Raw cane sugar
to the second plate (just enough to cover the bottom).
Raw cane sugar
Turn the glass upside down and dip the rim of the glass into the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Gently twist the glass through the brown cane sugar to create that gorgeous rim.
Cocktail
Squeeze
1/2 Lemon
with a lemon squeezer.
1/2 Lemon
Strain the juice into a tall mixing glass.
Add
1 shot Eggnog
and mix them well.
1 shot Eggnog
Pour the lemon-juice-egg-liqueur-mixture into a rimmed cocktail glass.
Top the cocktail glass up with the ice-cold
1 ¼ cups Bitter Lemon
