Instructions
Add a paper filter to the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water.
Heat
2 tbsp Coffee beans
to 200 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit or 93 to 96 degrees Celsius.
Grind
7 oz Water
to a medium grind that feels like coarse sand.
Turn the AeroPress upside down and add the ground coffee to the chamber.
Place the AeroPress on a scale, tare it, and start your timer.
Quickly pour 7 ounces or 210 grams of water into the brewer.
Let the coffee steep and after 2 minutes gently break the crust.
Place the filter cap on top. At 3 minutes and 30 seconds gently flip the brewer onto your carafe.
Press down slowly and evenly for about 30 seconds until you hear the soft hiss.
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy your fresh cup.
Notes
Do not press the AeroPress directly on your scale as the pressure may damage it.
