Packed with crunchy oats, nuts, cranberries, maple syrup, and a hint of cinnamon, this granola is the perfect guilt-free treat. For a golden start in the day!
Mix 1 cup Rolled oats, ½ tsp Kosher salt, ½ tsp Cinnamon, 1 cup Almond slivers, ½ cup Pine nuts, and 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut in a bowl.

Melt 4 ½ tbsp Coconut fat in a pan, add ¼ cup Maple syrup, and pour the mixture over the dry mix.

Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 284 °F / 140 °C convection oven (or 320 °F / 160 °C top/bottom heat) for approx. 30 minutes.
Once the granola has cooled, add ½ cup Dark chocolate chips, and ½ cup Dried cranberries and raisins.
