A vibrant and refreshing frozen berry margarita made with mixed berries, tequila, Cointreau, and raspberry syrup. Fruity, tangy, beautifully icy, and perfect as a spoonable cocktail-dessert for summer parties or festive winter celebrations.
Run a Lime wedge halfway around each glass rim, then dip in Salt or sugar if you want the option of a flavored sip.

Add 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries, 2 oz silver tequila, 1 oz triple sec or Cointreau, 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice, and 0.5–1 oz raspberry syrup to a blender. Add Crushed ice for a thicker slush if desired.

Blend until smooth and icy.
Taste and adjust: add more raspberry syrup for sweetness or more lime juice for brightness.

Batch Version (Serves 6–8)Blend 4 ½ cups (675 g) frozen berries, 6 oz (180 ml) tequila, 3 oz (90 ml) triple sec, 3 oz (90 ml) lime juice, and 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) raspberry syrup in two batches for the smoothest texture. Combine in a pitcher, stir, adjust sweetness or acidity, and serve icy cold.
