This delicious strawberry cobbler is one of my favorite summertime recipes! It's the perfect combination of sweet and tart, and the perfect serving size for two. In addition to being incredibly scrumptious, it's also incredibly easy to whip together!

  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¾ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Strawberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 190 C / 375 F degrees.
  • Cut the strawberries in cubes.
    ¾ cup Strawberries
  • Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, honey, milk and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk them till everything combines and there are no clamps of flour left.
    ¾ cup All Purpose Flour, 1 pinch Baking Soda, ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder, ½ cup Granulated Sugar, ¾ tablespoon Honey, ¼ cup Milk, ¾ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Melt the butter and use it to coat the casserole pan.
    1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • Next add the strawberries and last pour the dough batter over the strawberries.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes. Once baked, the cobbler should have started browning.

Garnish/topping

  • Serve with some fresh strawberries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
