Heavy cream
or half-and-half

Dried culinary lavender

teaspoon
Vanilla extract

Monin lavender syrup

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine
1 cup Heavy cream
(or half-and-half) and
1 tablespoon Dried culinary lavender
.
Warm gently over low heat for about 5 minutes—just until it’s warm, not boiling.
Remove from heat and let steep for 15–20 minutes to allow the lavender to infuse.
Strain out the lavender buds using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Stir in
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
and
2 tablespoons Monin lavender syrup
.
Pour into a clean jar or bottle and refrigerate.
Shake before each use.
Notes
Use 1-2 tablespoons per serving.
