Add a touch of sweetness and warmth to your favorite beverages with our homemade cinnamon syrup. Made with brown sugar and cinnamon, this syrup is perfect for lattes, hot chocolate, and more!
Add 3-4 Cinnamon sticks, ½ cup Sugar, ½ cup Brown Sugar, and 1 cup Water in a small saucepan and bring the mix to a simmer.

Whisk until the sugar has dissolved and keep simmering on low heat for another 10-15 minutes until you reduce the liquid to 250 ml/ 8.5 oz total.
After cooling down, strain the cinnamon sticks, pour the liquid into a clean, dry jar or airtight bottle, and add one of the cinnamon sticks back into the syrup to add extra flavor over time.
Store in a cool place.
Notes
You can keep this syrup on the counter or in the fridge for up to 30 days. If you start to see crystals forming in the syrup, toss it out!
