This boozy pistachio latte is creamy, nutty, gently sweet, and wonderfully warming. Pistachio liqueur melts into hot coffee and silky milk to create a cozy dessert style latte finished with whipped cream and crushed pistachios.
Pour the hot coffee into a heatproof latte glass or mug.
Add 1 to 1 ½ oz Cream pistachio liqueur and stir while the coffee is still hot.

Warm and froth ¾ cup Milk until creamy. If using a steam wand, aim for 130 to 140°F or 55 to 60°C.

Pour the warm milk into the coffee and pistachio liqueur mixture.

This drink contains alcohol and is intended for adults only. Pistachio liqueur is already sweet, so taste the latte before adding anything extra.
