Sift the powdered sugar through a sieve into a mixing bowl. Add the crushed strawberries to the powdered sugar, also process them through a sieve to make it even smoother.

Using a food processor and the whisk attachment (an electric hand mixer can also be used), mix the ingredients until well blended.
Prepare the ice cream maker: We use the ice cream maker from Kitchen aid. Here, all you need to do is remove the ice cream maker bowl from the freezer, which was frozen in advance, and insert it.
Then pour the strawberry mixture into the ice cream maker.
After filling, insert the dasher and turn on to level two. Freeze for about 5-10 minutes.
Once the frozen strawberry mixture is ready, pour it into ice cream popsicle molds, insert a popsicle stick and let it set in the freezer.
