- Wine glass or tumbler
Ingredients
- Cubed ice
- ½ cup Dry white wine (Grüner Veltliner or Sauvignon Blanc)
- ½ cup Sparkling water
- 1 oz Zirbenschnaps (Swiss stone pine schnapps), to taste
Optional
- Lemon slice or small pine sprig
Instructions
- Chill wine, sparkling water, and Zirbenschnaps.
- Add Cubed ice to the glass.
- Add 1 oz Zirbenschnaps to a wine glass or tumbler.½ cup Dry white wine
- Pour in ½ cup Dry white wine, then top with ½ cup Sparkling water.½ cup Sparkling water, 1 oz Zirbenschnaps
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish, if desired, with a Lemon slice or small pine sprig, and serve immediately.Cubed ice, Lemon slice or small pine sprig
