A Taste of the Alps: Austrian Zirben Spritzer Recipe
Crisp white wine, sparkling water, and a splash of Swiss stone pine schnapps create this refreshing Austrian classic. Light, aromatic, and perfect for warm days or alpine memories at home.
Add 1 oz Zirbenschnaps to a wine glass or tumbler.
½ cup Dry white wine
Pour in ½ cup Dry white wine, then top with ½ cup Sparkling water.
½ cup Sparkling water, 1 oz Zirbenschnaps
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish, if desired, with a Lemon slice or small pine sprig, and serve immediately.
