Step 1

Combine the dry ingredients with butter and yolk until well combined.

Step 2

Chill the dough for half an hour.

Shape the dough into small balls.

Make an indent with your thumb.

Brush the cookies with egg white.

And sprinkle them with almond slivers.

Fill the indentation with raspberry jam.
