Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredientsfor the Crust

– Graham cracker - or Petit beurre biscuits – Unsalted butter – Milk – Grated pumpkin seeds – Cornstarch

Step 1

Crush the cookies and pumpkin seeds into crumbs and combine with melted butter.

Step 2

Tightly press the  crumbs into the pan.

Step 3

Place the crust in the freezer.

Ingredients for the Pumpkin Cream

– Mascarpone – Cream cheese – Heavy whipping cream – Icing sugar – Pumpkin - fresh or canned – Sugar – Ground cinnamon

Step 4

Whip up the heavy cream and separately the pumpkin cream cheese mix.

Step 5

Spread the finished cream onto the cookie crust.

Step 6

For the final touch, we add the white chocolate glaze, which is sprinkled with grated pumpkin seeds.

Step 7

Place the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
