Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream the butter, brown, and white sugar.

To the creamed butter mixture, add the eggs, rum, and extracts.

Gradually add the flour mixture

Add the chocolate chips.

Scoop the dough into balls and evenly space them on a lined baking sheet.

Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
