Easy Biscoff Granola Recipe

This Biscoff Granola is just perfect to start the day. The flavor of Biscoff cookies, combined with delightful spices, delicious dried fruits, rolled oats, and slivered almonds, makes it a hit with the whole family. The Christmas spice blend used in this recipe makes this version perfect for the cold season.

  • Preheat the oven to 356 °F / 180°C top/bottom heat.
  • Cover a baking tray with baking paper and set it aside.
  • Finely grind the Biscoff cookies and set aside.
  • To liquefy the honey, heat it in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring. 
  • Add the finely ground Biscoff cookies and Christmas spices to the honey and stir in the remaining dry ingredients.
  • Mix all ingredients well together with the honey. 
  • Spread the honey mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes on the middle rack
  • Remove and leave it to cool.
  • Once the granola has cooled, break it apart and store the loose granola in an air-tight container. 

Please note that all my recipes are developed and tested in metric grams. I recommend using digital scales for more accurate results. I provided a conversion to US customary in the recipe, but please note that I haven't tested it using this method.
