Heat
1 cup Filtered water
to 93 °C / 199 °F
1 cup Filtered water
Weigh

and mix it with
1 tsp Pumpkin spice
.

Add it to your French press and pour in the hot water.
Leave to stand for 4 minutes, and then, using a small spoon, carefully break up the coffee crust that has formed on top.
Leave to infuse for a further 4 minutes, and then slowly press the plunger through.
Divide the coffee between two glasses.
Sweeten to taste with brown sugar
and garnish with

Heat

to 93 °C / 199 °F

and grind the coffee at medium grind.

Insert the filter into your pour-over kit and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
Pour in the coffee and add
1 tsp Pumpkin spice
. For a better blend, mix the ground coffee and pumpkin spice before adding it to your pour-over kit.

Place the kit on the scale and tare and start the timer.
Pour in 1.58 oz // 45 g of water and let the spiced coffee bloom for 45 seconds.
Then continue to infuse in slow snail-like motions with a steady stream until 8.48 oz // 240 g is reached.
Stop the timer after 3 minutes and divide the coffee between two serving glasses.
