Step 01: Take soy sauce in a bowl: First of all, we have to take soy sauce in a bowl. The amount should be 15 ounces. You shouldn't increase or decrease the amount. If you want, you can use low-sodium soy sauce. This is the main ingredient of our sauce.

Step 02: Add one cup of sugar: Now, you have to add sugar. One cup will be enough for the sauce. You can take brown sugar or white sugar. It depends on your personal preference. If you don't have apple cider vinegar, you can use white vinegar. But I would recommend using apple cider vinegar. It will give you a tangy taste. You can get it from any supermarket.

Step 04: Add one cup of Ginger Paste to the mixture: Now, it's time to add ginger paste. Try to use fresh ginger. In order to use ginger, you must first peel it and then grate it. Step 05: Add 5-6 pieces of Red chillies: To get the desired spice, you have to add red chillies. You can use more or fewer chillies. It all depends on your personal preference.
