- 6 pieces Red chillies

Instructions
- Step 01: Take soy sauce in a bowl: First of all, we have to take soy sauce in a bowl. The amount should be 15 ounces. You shouldn't increase or decrease the amount. If you want, you can use low-sodium soy sauce. This is the main ingredient of our sauce.15 ounces Soy sauce
- Step 02: Add one cup of sugar: Now, you have to add sugar. One cup will be enough for the sauce. You can take brown sugar or white sugar. It depends on your personal preference. If you have any health issues, you should use brown sugar. Besides, the amount of sugar depends on your taste. If you want, you can add a little more or less sugar.1 cup Sugar
- Step 03: For best results, add one cup of apple cider vinegar: In this step, we have to add one cup of apple cider vinegar. This ingredient provides the zing in our sauce. If you don't have apple cider vinegar, you can use white vinegar. But I would recommend using apple cider vinegar. It will give you a tangy taste. You can get it from any supermarket.1 cup Apple cider vinegar
- Step 04: Add one cup of Ginger Paste to the mixture: Now, it's time to add ginger paste. Try to use fresh ginger. In order to use ginger, you must first peel it and then grate it. As a result, it gives you the maximum flavour from the ginger. If you want, you can also use ground ginger. You can use more or less ginger according to your taste.1 cup Ginger Paste
- Step 05: Add 5-6 pieces of Red chillies: To get the desired spice, you have to add red chillies. You can use more or fewer chillies. It all depends on your personal preference. If you love spicy food, then you should use more chillies. But if you don't like spicy food, then use fewer chillies. It's always a good idea to start with fewer chillies and then add more if needed.6 pieces Red chillies
- Step 06: Use two teaspoons of cayenne pepper. (Optional Step): Now, you can add cayenne pepper. You have to be very careful with this ingredient. If you add too much, it will make the sauce very spicy. You can skip this step and this is optional. For the spicy lover, this will be a great addition.2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- Step 07: Stir your sauce properly: Your sauce is almost done. Now, you have to give it a good stir. After that, you can taste it and see if you need to add anything. You have to stir properly so that all the ingredients are mixed perfectly.
- Step 08: Rapid boil: To get a perfect consistency, you have to bring your sauce up to a rapid boil. Once it starts boiling, you have to lower the heat. Then, let it simmer for 10 minutes. After that, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
- Final Step: Taste it with a potsticker: It's time to taste your delicious sauce. You can store it in a jar or container. It will last for a long time in the fridge. You can enjoy this sauce with your favourite potsticker, egg roll, and wontons.
Notes
- After adding all the ingredients, you should mix them well. Otherwise, the sauce will not taste good.
- You shouldn't boil too much. It should be a light sauce. The light sauce will help to increase the taste.
- Don't add too much spice. It causes the sauce to be bitter.
