Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine
1 tsp matcha powder
and
2 tbsp hot water
(ensure it's not boiling).

Whisk it until a smooth, lump-free mixture is achieved.
Froth
1 cup oat milk
using a frother or shake it in a tightly sealed jar.
