Combine the melted butter with your Oreo crumbs until the mixture feels sandy but sticks together when pressed.
Press the buttery crumbs into small tart tins (about 2 tablespoons for each) or use small springform tins (4-5 tablespoons here). Once pressed, let these dark delights chill in the fridge while we conjure the filling.
Soak 1 tbsp Gelatine Granules in 3 tbsp Water for 3-5 minutes.
1 tbsp Gelatine Granules, 3 tbsp Water
In a pan, add 5 oz Berry Mix, ¼ cup Brown Sugar, and 3 tbsp Water. Let them simmer until the sugar dissolves and the berries begin to burst.
5 oz Berry Mix, ¼ cup Brown Sugar, 3 tbsp Water
Stir in ¾ cup Heavy Cream, 1 tbsp Lemon Zest, and 1.7 oz Butter, bringing the potion back to a simmer. Then, remove it from the flame and add the soaked gelatin, 1 cup White Chocolate, and 4 drops Orange Cream Extract. Blend with a hand blender until it becomes a perfectly smooth, magical mixture.

Fetch your chilled Oreo crusts from the fridge. Gently spoon the berry ganache into the tart shells, filling them carefully so they don’t overflow.
Place one of the 8 Creepy Gummy Eyes in the center of each tart and let the ganache set in the fridge for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.

To finish, swirl Whipped Cream around the gummy eye like a ghostly shadow and scatter frozen berries from 1 cup Frozen Berry Mix on top for an extra creepy effect.

Notes
Please keep in mind that using mini springform tins instead of mini tart tins will yield only 4 desserts instead of 8.
