Delicious marzipan potatoes, aka German marzipan potatoes, a perfect treat for marzipan lovers! With only three ingredients, it can be prepared with little effort in a few minutes.

Instructions
Knead the marzipan paste (almond paste) with the rose water in a mixing bowl.
2 teaspoon Rose water, 9 oz Store bought marzipan
Before rolling out, sprinkle some powdered sugar on a large cutting board and roll out the marzipan to a thickness of about 1.5 cm // 0.6 inches.

Then cut the marzipan into cubes of about 1.5 x 1.5 cm // 0.6 x 0.6 inch.
Sieve the cocoa into a large mixing bowl and place it within easy reach.
5 tablespoon Cocoa powder
Place an additional strip of parchment paper next to the cocoa-filled mixing bowl so that you can comfortably place the marzipan potato rolled in cocoa there.
Now start shaping the small marzipan balls. Take a marzipan cube and roll it between your hands to form a small ball.
Place the sticky balls in the bowl filled with raw cocoa powder.
Form several marzipan potatoes one after the other and only then roll them in the cocoa. Then it goes faster.
Roll the finished marzipan candy back and forth in a close-meshed sieve to remove the excess cocoa.
Place the finished marzipan balls on the parchment paper strips or in the cookie jar.
