Add 4 cups Unsweetened apple juice, 1 Apple ,2-3 Cinnamon sticks, 4 Cloves,2 Star anise, 1 strip Orange peel, 1 tbsp Maple syrup½ tsp Ground cinnamon to a saucepan. Stir gently and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
