Rub the lavender flowers and let them dry for a few hours. (You can also use already dried lavender flowers if you do not have fresh lavender available).
Layer 1.7 oz Dried lavender and 1,7 oz Granulated sugar in small jars and then seal well.

Leave to infuse for a few weeks so that the sugar can take on the aroma of the lavender.

Time to dry: 1-2 hours (when using fresh lavender)Lavender sugar can be used to prepare cakes and desserts. The sugar can be sifted without flowers or with the flowers in the dough.Lavender sugar is perfect as a small gift for guests.
