Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Empty 1 bag Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix into a mixing bowl.

Add 1 tbsp Water, 3 tbsp Vegetable oil, and 1 Egg, and mix thoroughly. For an extra smooth dough, use the spatula attachment on your stand mixer.
