Cranberry Simple Syrup Recipe
This easy cranberry simple syrup combines tart cranberries with a handful of mixed berries for a deeper, fruitier flavor. Add it to cocktails, sparkling water, or Prosecco, or drizzle it over vanilla ice cream.

to a saucepan.
1⅓ cups Cranberries,
⅔ cup Mixed berries,
1 cup Granulated sugar,
1 cup Water,
1 Strip orange peel,
1 Cinnamon stick
Bring to a gentle simmer.
Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the syrup turns deep berry red.
Remove from the heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
Let cool completely.
Transfer to a clean bottle or jar and refrigerate.
