This Beetroot Sour is a vibrant bourbon cocktail with a tart, earthy twist and no egg white—just a silky, beautifully bold sip. Made with beetroot powder, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and orange bitters, it’s smooth, flavorful, and truly one of a kind.
Add ¾ oz Sugar syrup, ¾ oz Lemon juice, 1 ½ oz Bourbon, 1 Barspoon Beetroot powder, and 3 dashes Orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.

Add Cubed ice

Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
