Lemons, organic Wate Sugar Egg white

Step 1

Combine the water, sugar, and lemon peels in a small pan and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Let it infuse for 15 minutes off the heat, then remove the peels.

Step 3

Strain the lemon juice and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Whisk up the egg white(s).

Step 5

Add the lemon juice.

Step 6

Pour in the mixture and churn for 30-40 minutes.

Step 7

Transfer to a container and freeze.
