Apple, Granola and Oatmeal Breaktfast

– Plain yogurt - organic. – Oatmeal or (homemade) granola – Apple – Honey - or maple syrup – Lemon juice – Raisins

Step 1

Clean the apple and grate it after removing the core.

Step 2

Squeeze half a lemon and add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the grated apples.

Step 3

Next add two teaspoons of honey, and a handful of raisins to the grated apple.

Step 4

Once everything is well combined, grab a bowl and start layering your breakfast.

Step 5

First add a spoonful of oatmeal to the breakfast bowl.

Step 6

Next, add two spoonfuls of yogurt.

Step 7

Add half of the prepared grated apple to the bowl.

Repeat steps 1-3 until you've used up the yogurt and grated apple.
